About the role
Join a dedicated team in Lingfield, South East England, helping young adults aged 19‑25 with complex special educational needs and disabilities live more independent and confident lives. No prior care experience is required – we provide full training and ongoing support.
Key responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living tasks such as preparing breakfast and personal care.
- Encourage participation in social and recreational activities to build confidence.
- Create a safe, caring, and respectful home environment.
- Support personal development goals and celebrate achievements.
