Sustainability Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a driven Sustainability Analyst with strong writing and data‑analysis abilities to join our purpose‑driven consulting team. You will help clients on their ESG journeys while contributing to Seismic’s ambitious vision of accelerating a sustainable future.

Key responsibilities

• Support clients with sustainability and ESG initiatives, including strategy, communications, carbon impact calculations, and B Corp certification.
• Deliver high‑quality services that enable long‑term impact and build lasting relationships with colleagues, clients, and the wider community.
• Identify tailored solutions for client needs and support marketing and business‑development activities.

Required profile

• Passionate about sustainability and eager to work in a fast‑growing, purpose‑driven consultancy.
• Strong data‑analysis capabilities and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in a professional environment such as a start‑up or professional services firm.
• Empathetic, proactive, detail‑oriented, and comfortable giving constructive feedback.
