About the role
We are looking for a Sustainability Professional to join our Delivery Team as a Skills Coach. In this highly impactful position you will guide apprentices through their learning journey, develop engaging content for the Sustainability Professional programme and help learners build meaningful careers.
Key responsibilities
- Coach and mentor apprentices, delivering an outstanding learning experience throughout their journey.
- Design and facilitate engaging group sessions, including virtual and in‑person workshops.
- Assess apprentice work and provide timely, developmental feedback.
- Coordinate training activities with employers and industry experts.
- Support the review and continuous improvement of programme content and delivery.
Required profile
- Strong sustainability expertise, with experience as a Sustainability Professional or delivering sustainability training.
- Good understanding of corporate responsibility and sustainability frameworks.
- Experience in teaching, training or coaching with a passion for learner development.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency with MS Office.
- Experience using LMS platforms.
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
What we offer
- Salary £43,000–£45,000 per year, depending on experience.
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, with an extra day each year up to three years.
- Hybrid working with flexibility – mostly remote, one day a month in our South London office.
