Systems Accountant - SAP S/4HANA

About the role

ABPM Recruitment is supporting an innovative manufacturer and supplier of products to the leisure sector in recruiting a Systems Accountant based in Derby, Derbyshire. The role is hybrid and suits accountants who enjoy the IT side of a business and its possibilities. It is key to the role's detailed knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA, and you will help shape the digital transformation of an international company.

The candidate acts as the strategic interface between Group IT and Finance, combining finance and controlling knowledge with a process, system and project mindset.

Required profile

• Degree in business informatics, business administration, computer science or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in Finance and SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong understanding of business processes and how they are implemented in IT solutions.
• Experience leading and managing projects.
• Strong analytical skills and experience in requirements management.
• High level of initiative, strong implementation skills and the ability to inspire people to embrace change.
