Systems Coordinator – Domestic Services

About the role

The Domestic Team at Liverpool University Hospitals is seeking a Systems Coordinator to provide expert advice, support and guidance on Health Roster and related e‑Rostering systems. You will act as the primary contact for a large domestic department, ensuring smooth operation of electronic rostering, employee online and other allocation systems.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line advice and support for all Health Roster queries and administrative matters.
• Manage telephone, email and written communications, setting up new users and resolving system issues.
• Align ESR and e‑Rostering data, maintain processes and produce regular system reports.
• Support internal quality systems, including data input/cleansing, analysis, presentation and report writing.
• Ensure timely data uploads, keep relevant spreadsheets up to date and escalate issues to the Service Manager when required.
