Systems Integration Engineer
Nscale · London
Job description
About the role
Nscale, a GPU cloud for AI, is hiring a Systems Integration Engineer (open to senior engineer levels) to design, build and maintain the connections between its growing application landscape. As the company scales toward 1,000+ people and prepares for IPO, the role is hands-on and technical: defining integration patterns, building automation workflows and ensuring reliable data flow across the enterprise.
Key responsibilities
- Design and build integrations between ERP, HRIS, CRM, ATS, ITSM, project management, finance and procurement systems, using APIs, webhooks, scheduled syncs and event-driven workflows
- Work with the Palantir Foundry team as the primary integration platform, and build data transformation logic, field mappings and validation rules
- Design error handling, retry logic and monitoring, and lead data migration for new entities and acquisitions
- Own the development lifecycle (source control, testing, deployment), turn business requirements into technical solutions and partner with external consultants
- Define integration patterns and standards (REST APIs, webhooks, batch ETL, SCIM, SSO/SAML), create architectural decision records and work with Enterprise Architecture
- Ensure data consistency and quality, including data validation, duplicate resolution and master data management rules
- Evaluate integration tools and SaaS platforms, run proof-of-concept builds and assess API capabilities
- Monitor integration health, build dashboards and alerts, troubleshoot failures, document runbooks and provide Level 2/3 support
Required profile
- 4+ years of hands-on experience building enterprise integrations across finance and supply chain applications
- Experience integrating ERP (NetSuite/SAP/Salesforce), HRIS (Workday/BambooHR), CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot) and ATS (Greenhouse/Lever)
- Ability to read and write SQL, and strong troubleshooting skills with API logs, HTTP requests and JSON payloads
- Nice to have: Palantir Foundry experience, solutions architecture background, SOX/SOC 2/ISO 27001 knowledge, CI/CD experience and familiarity with data governance and MDM
Required skills
- REST APIs and webhooks
- At least one integration platform (Workato, Celigo, MuleSoft, Boomi, Make) or custom API development
- At least one scripting language (Python preferred, JSON also acceptable)
- Data modeling, ETL/ELT patterns and SQL
What we offer
- Highly competitive package (base, bonus and equity) reviewed every 12 months
- Flexible, remote-first work with autonomy over your schedule
- A progression plan tailored to your ambitions
