Talent Acquisition Engineer

About the role

As Scarlet’s first and only Talent Acquisition Engineer, you will deliver qualified candidates that hiring managers are excited to meet. You’ll orchestrate AI agents such as Codex and Claude to find, qualify and engage talent across technical, clinical, regulatory and commercial functions, helping our customers accelerate certification of AI‑enabled medical devices.

Key responsibilities

• Orchestrate agents to identify and qualify promising candidates beyond obvious job titles and familiar companies, including passive talent.
• Exercise judgment on when and how to personally engage candidates to complete qualification before handing them to hiring managers.
• Own the quality of every outreach message, ensuring relevance, accuracy and a compelling reason to reply.
• Measure which approaches generate candidates that hiring managers advance, and rigorously test and improve the process.

Required profile

• Evidence of successfully orchestrating agents to solve messy problems, with demonstrable examples.
• Examples of clear, effective professional writing, including work produced by agents that you have reviewed and improved.
• Experience representing an organisation professionally in conversations with candidates, prospects, customers or other external contacts.
