Talent Acquisition Recruiter – Maternity Cover

About the role

Inditex is seeking an energetic, creative and proactive Talent Acquisition Recruiter for a maternity‑cover position in London. The role is full‑time, hybrid (four days onsite, one day remote) and will run for approximately 12 months. You will own end‑to‑end recruitment for retail management positions across the UK and Ireland.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment for retail management positions across the UK and Ireland.
• Proactively source talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Recruitee and any new channels you introduce.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a transparent and engaging recruitment journey.
• Partner with HR and Area Managers to understand team and store talent needs.
• Conduct one‑to‑one, group, and recruitment‑day interviews, as well as branding events.
• Visit stores, markets and events to stay connected to retail trends and talent pools.
• Develop strong talent pipelines before vacancies arise.
• Contribute to creative talent‑acquisition projects, including employer branding and digital initiatives.
• Continuously improve recruitment methods, seeking alternative routes when needed.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of recruitment experience within retail and solid knowledge of the UK market.
• Strong experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and a passion for proactive sourcing.
• Ability to turn first conversations into genuine candidate interest.
• Excellent eye for talent, assessing potential beyond CVs.
• Understanding of fashion and retail, with curiosity about brands and competitors.
• Energetic, personable with strong communication skills.
• Comfortable working with demanding stakeholders and willing to challenge when appropriate.
• Creative problem‑solver who does not accept “no candidates” as an answer.
• Self‑starter who takes ownership, works autonomously and brings ideas.
• Organised enough to manage multiple processes, stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
• Experience with Recruitee, Indeed or similar platforms is a plus.
