Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

WeBuyVintage, one of the UK’s largest buyers of jewellery, antiques and collectibles, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its growing talent team. The role focuses on hiring high‑performing antique buyers and a variety of operational, commercial and customer‑facing positions across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment cycles from brief creation to offer and onboarding.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and deliver against hiring targets.
• Source, screen and assess candidates with a strong emphasis on mindset, drive and commercial potential.
• Maintain multiple pipelines simultaneously, ensuring a steady flow of qualified talent.
• Guide hiring decisions and support structured, effective interview processes.
• Provide a high‑quality candidate experience through clear and timely communication.

Required profile

• Proven experience recruiting for sales, operational or high‑volume roles.
• Comfortable managing several vacancies at once in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong instinct for assessing personality, potential and commercial orientation.
• Confident communicator able to influence and build relationships with stakeholders.
• Organised, proactive, resilient and adaptable to a rapidly evolving business.
• Nice to have: experience hiring commission‑based roles, scaling businesses, and familiarity with ATS platforms such as GoHire.
