About the role

Join a fast‑growing HR team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, reporting to the Chief People Officer. You will own the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle and help shape the employer brand in a vibrant, forward‑thinking business.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the internal recruitment strategy and promote the employer brand to attract top talent.
• Own the early stages of the talent acquisition process, coaching line managers throughout.
• Manage the starter and onboarding process, ensuring all compliance requirements are met.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with candidates via LinkedIn and other networking channels.
• Design and launch an attractive graduate programme to source emerging talent.
• Develop and enhance the EVP and candidate experience to raise the company’s profile in its specialist field.

Required profile

• Proven experience in an internal talent acquisition or recruitment role (agency background not accepted).
• Ability to balance practical administrative tasks with strategic stakeholder management.
• Self‑starter with autonomy, yet comfortable seeking guidance from senior leadership.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
