Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team in Leeds. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle for a high‑volume portfolio, delivering a seamless candidate experience while supporting hiring managers across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for several vacancies simultaneously.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and provide expert advice.
• Write compelling job adverts and promote roles across diverse channels.
• Source candidates proactively via job boards, social media and direct outreach.
• Screen applications, create shortlists and coordinate interview processes.
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and report on recruitment KPIs.
• Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Support recruitment events and local attraction initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in agency or in‑house recruitment.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies at once.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills.
• Confident advisor and influencer of hiring managers.
• Excellent organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated, solutions‑focused and capable of working independently.

Required skills

• Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment technology.
