About the role
Reachdesk is looking for a Talent Associate to help drive quality, consistency and speed in hiring across the business. This entry‑level, remote position offers hands‑on experience with modern, data‑driven recruitment processes and close collaboration with the People team.
Key responsibilities
- Screen and review applications to identify strong candidates.
- Support structured interview processes and assess candidates against clear criteria.
- Maintain accurate notes and documentation for assessment decisions.
- Help build and maintain high‑quality hiring tools such as interview guides, screening criteria and scorecards.
- Ensure hiring workflows remain clear, organized and consistent from application to decision.
- Identify gaps or inconsistencies in the process and propose improvements.
Required profile
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented and curious.
- Proactive and motivated to build a career in people‑focused roles.
- Strong interest in modern, data‑driven recruitment practices.
- Excellent written communication and documentation skills.
