Talent Engagement Coordinator

About the role

The Talent Engagement Coordinator will be the first point of contact for our community of contract workers, supporting them from onboarding through the end of their assignments. Based in our Luton office with occasional travel to London, you will help create a positive experience for workers and ensure smooth transitions.

Key responsibilities

• Answer phone and email enquiries from contract workers, providing timely and accurate support.
• Log, triage and resolve issues, escalating complex cases when necessary.
• Guide new starters through onboarding, ensuring they are prepared for day one.
• Conduct exit interviews and assist workers in finding their next opportunity.
• Maintain accurate records and identify trends to improve service delivery.

Required profile

• Experience in call‑centre, customer service, HR administration/onboarding, or recruitment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, phone‑focused environment.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Quick learner with confidence using digital tools.
