About the role

We are looking for a Talent Partner to own the full recruitment lifecycle for our clients in London. The role involves partnering with hiring managers, building pipelines, and delivering a fast, personal candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned business areas, from role briefing to offer management.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, level, and hiring strategy.
• Build and manage direct sourcing pipelines, reducing reliance on agencies.
• Deliver a candidate experience that reflects the brand – fast, personal, well communicated.
• Manage relationships with retained agencies, holding them to brief and timeline.
• Track and report on pipeline health, time‑to‑hire, and source effectiveness.
• Contribute to wider talent initiatives such as EVP, DEI in hiring, and early‑careers programmes.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of recruitment experience, preferably in media or similar sectors.
• Proven track record of independently owning requisitions.
• Strong direct sourcing abilities without reliance on agencies.
• Confident in partnering with senior stakeholders and challenging briefs when necessary.
• Highly organised and data‑literate, comfortable with reporting.
