Tax Junior – Music & Entertainment

About the role

We are partnering with a leading music and entertainment practice in Central London to recruit a Tax Junior. This hybrid role offers a £30‑35k salary and the chance to develop your tax expertise while supporting your ATT/CTA studies.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare personal and corporation tax returns for clients in the music and entertainment sector.
• Manage tax compliance processes, including statutory filings such as P11Ds and ATED returns.
• Liaise directly with HMRC on authorisations, queries and correspondence.
• Review tax codes, refunds and handle HMRC communications.
• Conduct ad‑hoc tax research and technical analysis.
• Monitor tax deadlines, maintain accurate client records and support time‑recording and billing.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months experience in a tax role.
• Working towards or completed ATT and intent to pursue CTA.
• Strong understanding of UK tax compliance processes.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Excellent client‑focused communication skills.
• Right to work in the UK.
