Tax Manager – Private Clients & Corporate Tax

About the role

We are seeking a Tax Manager to join our Private Clients Tax and Corporation Tax advisory teams in central London. The role will involve delivering high‑quality tax advice to a range of corporate and high‑net‑worth individual clients, and may be filled at Consultant, Manager or Senior Manager level.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the successful delivery of tax advisory projects across a variety of matters.
• Supervise, coach and mentor junior staff to support their development.
• Contribute to team strategy and operational management, including staff assignments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and external parties such as Revenue & Customs, financial institutions, lawyers and wealth advisors.
• Ensure high‑quality outputs and lead the day‑to‑day delivery team.

Required profile

• ACA or CTA qualification.
• Strong tax technical knowledge and experience advising corporates, individuals, families and investment structures.
• Proven ability to coach and develop junior staff.
• Professionalism, initiative and confidence.
• Eligibility to work in the UK (no sponsorship offered).
