Tax Manager / Senior Manager – High Profile International Law Firm

About the role

This newly created position sits within the Partnership Tax team of a leading global law firm. Reporting to the Head of Partnership Tax, you will own the end‑to‑end UK tax compliance cycle for the firm’s LLP, its members and corporate entities, while also monitoring legislative changes and supporting senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review UK LLP and corporation tax computations.
• Manage the preparation and filing of individual member tax returns.
• Handle PAYE Settlement Agreement preparation and HMRC correspondence.
• Deliver member annual tax statements, including tax reserving and reconciliation.
• Monitor tax environment, legislative developments and assess impact on the firm.
• Identify and implement process and control improvements, including technology solutions.
• Provide technical tax analysis and project support to the Head of Partnership Tax.

Required profile

• Strong UK tax compliance background with experience in professional services.
• Recognised qualification such as CTA, ACA, ATT or equivalent.
• Experience working with LLPs, corporate entities and high‑net‑worth individuals.
• Legal sector experience is an advantage.
• Highly organised, hands‑on and able to work at pace.
