About the role
We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join our Management Accounts team in Leeds. Reporting to the Group Tax Director, you will handle both compliance and advisory tax matters for the UK LLP, supporting the global finance function.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and file UK LLP Group tax returns, including income tax computations and corporation tax returns.
- Assist the Group Tax Director in managing direct tax compliance across the UK LLP Group and coordinate with accounting teams in Europe and Australia.
- Develop and improve tax compliance processes for efficiency.
- Monitor UK and international tax legislation, advise on implications, and lead tax audits.
- Analyse and prepare VAT returns for all UK‑registered entities.
- Prepare and submit the annual PAYE Settlement Agreement to HMRC and manage related payments.
Required profile
- Specialist knowledge of UK tax law, including LLP, corporation tax, VAT and PAYE.
- Proven experience in tax compliance, planning and advisory work.
- Ability to work collaboratively with finance teams across multiple jurisdictions.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
