About the role
Join a well‑established accountancy practice in High Wycombe as a Tax Senior or Assistant Manager. The position offers hybrid working, a supportive team environment and clear pathways for long‑term progression.
Key responsibilities
- Manage or support a portfolio of personal tax clients.
- Prepare and review self‑assessment tax returns.
- Gain exposure to Capital Gains Tax, Inheritance Tax, trusts and advisory work (training provided).
- Build strong client relationships and deliver tailored advice.
- Support and mentor junior team members.
Required profile
- Experience within a UK accountancy practice, focusing on personal tax.
- ATT/CTA qualified, studying, or QBE.
- Team‑oriented mindset with a desire to develop professionally.
- Flexibility to work at either senior or assistant‑manager level.
