Tax Senior – Mixed Portfolio

About the role

The Tax Senior will manage a mixed portfolio of private and corporate clients, delivering high‑quality tax compliance services while supporting advisory work as the role develops. Based in Droylsden, Manchester, the role sits within AMS Group’s growing Tax division and reports to the Senior Private Client Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee a mixed portfolio of private and corporate tax clients.
• Prepare and review tax returns for individuals and businesses of varying sizes.
• Lead corporation tax compliance; personal tax experience is highly advantageous.
• Assist managers and directors with specialist advisory and consulting projects.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant tax legislation and regulations.

Required profile

• ATT or ACCA qualified (or part‑qualified) professional.
• Experience across both corporate and personal tax within a practice environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to regulatory compliance.
