Tax Senior – Personal Tax Advisory (Bristol)

About the role

We are seeking a Tax Senior to manage a diverse portfolio of personal tax clients in our Bristol office. The role offers a hybrid working model, allowing you to split your time between the office and home while delivering high‑quality compliance and advisory services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of personal tax clients, including High Net Worth Individuals, directors, landlords and partnerships.
• Prepare and review personal tax returns and related compliance work.
• Provide proactive tax advisory and planning services, identifying opportunities for clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and high‑standard service.
• Support junior team members with technical guidance and review of their work.

Required profile

• Qualified tax professional (e.g., CTA, ACA) with several years of experience in UK personal tax.
• Proven ability to handle a varied client base, including high‑net‑worth and business owners.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a client‑focused mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of UK personal tax legislation.
• Experience preparing and reviewing personal tax returns.
