Tax Technology Manager – Global Compliance & Transformation

About the role

KPMG is seeking a Tax Technology Manager to lead large‑scale technology and tax transformation projects for multinational and financial services clients. The role is hybrid, with two days per week in the office, and offers flexible working arrangements.

Key responsibilities

• Represent KPMG and lead engagement teams delivering tax technology and transformation projects.
• Project‑manage multiple simultaneous tax technology initiatives.
• Provide hands‑on configuration, guidance, and support to project teams.
• Help clients develop global governance and process frameworks.
• Manage junior team members across internal and external projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Contribute to proposals, identify new opportunities, and develop tailored solutions.

Required profile

• In‑depth experience with indirect taxes such as VAT, GST and US SUT.
• Strong understanding of complex supply‑chain transactions.
• Proven ability to lead large, multi‑disciplinary project teams.
• Excellent client‑facing and communication skills.
