Teaching Assistant – Primary School (Aylesbury)

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant primary school in Aylesbury. You will work closely with teachers and pupils, helping children achieve their full potential while embodying our school motto: Aim high, Work hard, Be kind.

Key responsibilities

• Support pupils in daily classroom activities and learning tasks.
• Assist teachers in delivering lessons and managing classroom environments.
• Promote the school’s values and act as a positive role model for students.
• Collaborate with the Extended Leadership Team and senior TAs to ensure consistent support across year groups.
