About the role
Reeson Education is recruiting Teaching Assistants for primary schools across Haringey, starting in September 2026. This position offers a valuable first step into education, especially for recent Psychology graduates seeking classroom experience before teacher training or specialist roles.
Key responsibilities
- Support learning across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
- Deliver interventions and small‑group sessions.
- Provide 1:1 assistance to pupils with SEND, including Autism and ADHD.
- Build positive relationships with children and staff.
- Encourage confidence, resilience and engagement.
Required profile
- Recent graduate (preferably Psychology) looking to start a career in education.
- Enthusiasm for supporting pupils with additional learning needs.
- Willingness to work across multiple year groups.
