About the role

Reeson Education is recruiting Teaching Assistants for primary schools across Haringey, starting in September 2026. This position offers a valuable first step into education, especially for recent Psychology graduates seeking classroom experience before teacher training or specialist roles.

Key responsibilities

Support learning across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
Deliver interventions and small‑group sessions.
Provide 1:1 assistance to pupils with SEND, including Autism and ADHD.
Build positive relationships with children and staff.
Encourage confidence, resilience and engagement.

Required profile

Recent graduate (preferably Psychology) looking to start a career in education.
Enthusiasm for supporting pupils with additional learning needs.
Willingness to work across multiple year groups.
