• Lead smooth, efficient shifts and ensure high standards of service and coffee quality.
• Train, coach and support new baristas, fostering a positive learning environment.
• Motivate and energise the team, maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
• Apply resourcefulness and adaptability to keep operations running smoothly under pressure.

Required profile

• A reliable role model with accountability, maturity and strong communication skills.
• Energetic, positive and confident when leading others.
• Adaptable, resourceful and calm under pressure.
• Previous experience as a team leader or a willingness to step into the role.
