Team Leader (Chain 1 & 5) - Part Time

About the role

Mountain Warehouse is looking for a Team Leader to guide and inspire its retail team in Omagh, helping them exceed targets while creating a welcoming, vibrant shopping experience. The role suits a confident, passionate leader who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment where customer service, visual merchandising and operational excellence are key. It is a permanent, part-time position.

Key responsibilities

• Build a collaborative, supportive team and coach, train and mentor colleagues, keeping them informed and giving them up-to-date product knowledge
• Maintain high shop floor standards for stock presentation, ticketing and organisation, and oversee opening and closing duties
• Lead visual merchandising and prioritise health and safety
• Motivate the team to meet sales targets and KPIs and suggest development strategies for team members
• Deliver consistent customer service, resolve concerns promptly and represent the brand professionally
• Build connections within the local community

Required profile

• Experience in all areas of retail, from stock control to visual merchandising
• Strong communicator able to give constructive feedback at all levels
• Proactive, results-driven and approachable, with a track record of setting and achieving goals
• Skilled at problem-solving within company guidelines and policies
