About the role

As a Team Leader at the Rising Sun Hotel, you will lead by example, ensuring the shift runs smoothly and customers receive a memorable experience.

Key responsibilities

• Support and organise the team during busy shifts, maintaining high standards of service.
• Deputise for management, resolving issues and ensuring safety, legal compliance and cleanliness of the bar.
