Team Leader

About the role

As a Team Leader at Hungry Horse, you will lead by example to ensure each shift runs smoothly, maintaining high standards and keeping customers happy.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the team, providing everything needed for a clock‑work shift.
• Maintain high service standards and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve issues in their absence.
• Organise and coordinate the team during busy periods.
• Ensure the bar is safe, legal, clean and any issues are dealt with promptly.

Required profile

• Deliver a heartfelt, memorable experience to every customer.
• Act as a role model for service excellence and team motivation.
• Think on your feet and adapt to challenges during busy shifts.
• Demonstrate a positive, can‑do attitude and strong teamwork.
• Communicate effectively in spoken and written English.

• Excellent eye for detail, ensuring perfect drink preparation.
• Ability to lead and inspire a team.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
