Team Leader - Pub, Folly (Andover)

About the role

A part-time, fixed-term Team Leader position at a Greene King pub in Folly, Andover. The role is about leading by example so that shifts run smoothly, keeping high standards and making sure customers stay happy. Pay is up to £13.50 per hour for 8 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Lead by example and make sure the team has what they need so the shift runs like clockwork.
• Keep the team to high standards and ensure customers are kept happy.
• Depute for the management team and resolve issues that arise in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during busy shifts.
• Make sure the bar is safe, legal and clean, and deal with issues quickly and safely.

Required profile

• A great eye for detail, making sure every pint is poured to perfection.
• Role model for the team, giving great service and welcoming every customer warmly.
• Ability to think on your feet and adapt to challenges during a busy shift.
• Positive, can-do attitude and a real team player.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.
