Team Leader – Pub Operations

About the role

As a Team Leader at Greene King’s Dog & Partridge pub, you will lead by example, ensuring the shift runs smoothly and customers receive a memorable experience.

Key responsibilities

• Support and organise the team during busy shifts, making sure everything runs like clockwork.
• Maintain high standards of service, safety, legality and cleanliness at the bar.
• Deputise for management, resolving any issues that arise in their absence.
• Deliver a heartfelt and consistent customer experience.

Required profile

• Strong eye for detail, ensuring every pint is poured perfectly.
• Ability to think on your feet and adapt to challenges during a busy shift.
• Positive, can‑do attitude and a genuine team‑player mindset.
• Role model for delivering great service and a warm welcome.
