Team Leader – Retail Store Management

About the role

As a Team Leader at our Kirkcaldy store, you will drive the day‑to‑day operations of your department, ensuring smooth service and a great shopping experience for customers. You will lead by example, supporting colleagues, managing stock and stepping in to resolve any issues that arise on the shop floor.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily department activities and maintain high standards of service.
• Support and mentor team members, including new starters.
• Manage stock levels, merchandising and replenishment.
• Collaborate with the store manager to achieve sales and operational targets.
• Address customer queries and resolve problems promptly.
• Motivate the team to stay focused and deliver excellent results.
