About the role
Join Mecca, the UK's leading bingo brand, as a Team Member delivering memorable experiences to guests in our vibrant venues. You will be the friendly face that welcomes customers, serves food and drinks, and keeps the energy high throughout their visit.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests, ensuring every visit feels special.
- Serve food, beverages and manage transactions efficiently.
- Maintain clean, tidy, and safe venue areas, resetting quickly between sessions.
- Explain game rules, support players, and promote a lively atmosphere.
- Follow health‑and‑safety, food hygiene, licensing and responsible gambling procedures.
- Communicate clearly with colleagues across front‑of‑house, floor, F&B and cleaning teams.
Required profile
- Customer‑first attitude with strong people skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with attention to detail.
- Team player who communicates clearly and is willing to learn on shift.
- Previous hospitality, retail or leisure experience is helpful but not essential.

- Competitive hourly rate of £12.71.
- Real contracts from 8 to 35 hours per week – no zero‑hour contracts.
