Tech Recruiter – 6‑Month Contract

About the role

We are partnering with a leading global financial services organisation to secure a Tech Recruiter on a six‑month contract. Working in a hybrid London setting, you will join a high‑performing talent acquisition team focused on large‑scale technology hiring across a regulated, technology‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for mid‑senior and leadership technology roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to design sourcing and hiring strategies.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines across disciplines such as cloud, platform, software, data, cybersecurity, AI/ML, and DevOps.
• Utilise LinkedIn Recruiter, market mapping, referrals and direct sourcing to attract high‑quality candidates.
• Provide market intelligence on talent trends, compensation and best practices.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience and keep stakeholders informed of progress.

Required profile

• 5+ years of recruiting experience within technology or IT functions.
• Background in financial services, banking, fintech or other regulated sectors.
• Proven success hiring for complex technical positions across infrastructure, software, cloud, cybersecurity, data and architecture.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple vacancies in a fast‑paced environment.
