About the role

Join Runtime, a fast‑growing tech recruitment agency based in the heart of Manchester. As a Recruitment Consultant you will help source and place international tech talent for our clients while developing your own sales and consulting skills.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage tech candidates that match client briefs across multiple channels (InMail, email, video, phone).
• Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on hiring pipelines.
• Guide candidates through interview stages and negotiate job offers.
• Deliver a strategic, consultative approach to talent acquisition.

Required profile

• Strong passion for sales and personal development.
• Positive, can‑do attitude with coachability.
• Clear personal goals and motivation (“Why?”).
• Alignment with Runtime values: respectful, driven, conscientious.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Familiarity with video recording outreach tools.
