Technical Account Manager – Mechanical Field Service

About the role

We are looking for an experienced engineer with a strong mechanical background to act as a Technical Account Manager, combining technical expertise with customer‑facing responsibilities across our industrial equipment portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with 15‑20 key OEM and end‑user accounts.
• Conduct scheduled technical meetings and on‑demand visits (≈20 per month) to provide training, support and problem‑solving.
• Deliver expert advice, address quality issues and propose technical solutions.
• Provide induction and training to help customers maximise the value of our solutions.
• Travel within the Coventry region and surrounding areas for face‑to‑face engagement.

Required profile

• Background in service, maintenance, technical support, applications or sales engineering.
• Hands‑on mechanical engineering experience (by education or on‑the‑job).
• Preferably experience in heavy industrial engineering environments.
• Willingness to travel and work in a hybrid setting.
