Technical Analyst – SQL, PowerApps & Banking Experience

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Analyst with strong SQL and Power Platform expertise to support a leading banking institution in London. The role combines technical analysis, data‑driven decision support and close collaboration with business and development teams.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and document technical requirements for banking applications and systems.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and integrate technology solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, minimising impact on operations.
• Perform data analysis to inform decision‑making and improve system performance.
• Provide technical guidance to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst or similar in the Banking or Financial Services sector.
• Strong understanding of PowerApps, Power Automate and Dataverse.
• Experience in technical documentation and requirements gathering.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools and techniques.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
