Technical Delivery Assurance Coordinator

About the role

SiXworks is seeking a Technical Delivery Assurance Coordinator to support secure digital solutions for defence and national security missions. The role focuses on aligning delivery activities with governance standards, tracking assurance milestones, and communicating outcomes to stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate assurance activities across projects and delivery workstreams.
• Maintain governance frameworks, templates, and reporting packs.
• Track progress against SDLC, STLC, and service transition checkpoints.
• Support preparation for governance boards, audits, and assurance reviews.
• Work with delivery managers to monitor milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Produce status reports, dashboards, and summaries for stakeholders.
• Identify documentation gaps and facilitate continuous improvement of delivery and governance processes.

Required profile

• Experience in delivery coordination, PMO, governance, or assurance support.
• Ability to apply standards and controls pragmatically while ensuring effective delivery.
• Basic understanding of software delivery and IT lifecycle concepts (SDLC, testing, service delivery).
• Strong organisational and documentation skills.
• Experience working with technical or delivery teams, preferably in public sector, defence, or regulated environments.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methods.
