Technical Delivery Manager – Public Sector Digital Transformation

About the role

Tenth Revolution Group is partnering with a leading global consultancy to recruit an experienced Technical Delivery Manager to deliver large‑scale digital transformation programmes across the UK Public Sector. You will lead multidisciplinary teams delivering citizen‑facing digital services, CRM and contact centre transformations, AI‑enabled solutions, and cloud‑based platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams delivering citizen‑facing digital services.
• Manage CRM and contact centre transformation projects.
• Implement AI‑enabled solutions.
• Oversee cloud‑based platform delivery.
• Ensure alignment with Agile methodologies and GDS standards.
• Coordinate with product owners and architects.
• Monitor delivery timelines and budgets.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Technical Delivery Manager, Delivery Lead, Senior Manager, or Associate Director.
• Strong public sector and digital transformation experience.
• Solid understanding of Agile delivery, cloud technologies (AWS/Azure), DevOps, and modern software development.
• Experience managing senior stakeholders and complex technology programmes.
• Knowledge of GDS standards, GDPR, and government security principles.
• Eligibility for UK Security Clearance.
• Demonstrated ability to work within GDS standards and government security frameworks.
