About the role

We are looking for a passionate Technical Lead to drive our technology projects on a 6‑month contract. The role is hybrid, based in Stockport, and offers the chance to lead a dynamic development team in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Inspire and lead the development team to deliver high‑quality, innovative solutions.
• Design and implement scalable, high‑performance systems that meet client requirements.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers and other stakeholders to translate ideas into functional software.
• Mentor junior developers, fostering skill growth and best‑practice adoption.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to keep solutions cutting‑edge.

Required profile

• Proven experience in software development with prior leadership responsibilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to convey complex technical concepts clearly.
