Technical Lead - Integration & Architecture

About the role

We are partnering with an established consumer‑facing organisation that is modernising its technology landscape. As a Technical Lead – Integration & Architecture you will own the enterprise integration strategy and ensure robust, scalable connections between key business systems.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the enterprise integration architecture.
• Develop integration standards, principles and governance frameworks.
• Design scalable API and event‑driven integration solutions.
• Review and challenge technical designs from third‑party partners.
• Ensure integration solutions are secure, resilient and maintainable.
• Produce architecture documentation, standards and technical decision records.
• Provide technical leadership across multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Support the development of an internal integration capability.
• Act as the senior escalation point for integration and architecture decisions.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Technical Lead, Solutions Architect or Integration Architect delivering enterprise integration solutions in complex environments.
• Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders while maintaining technical credibility.
• Background in retail, consumer or e‑commerce organisations is desirable.
