Technical Operator – Night Shift

About the role

Join KP Snacks as a Technical Operator on the night shift, helping to keep production lines running and delivering quality snacks to customers. You will work hands‑on with machinery, monitor quality and support continuous improvement in a safety‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate packing and processing machinery to meet production goals.
• Tackle operational challenges with a proactive, solutions‑focused approach.
• Work as part of a team to maintain high standards across the line.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and quality initiatives.
• Learn to carry out product testing and machine changeovers.

Required profile

• Good level of literacy and numeracy with attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively and support colleagues.
• Experience in manufacturing or food production, or a willingness to learn.
• Food Safety Level 2 desirable (training provided).
• Proactive, can‑do attitude aligned with ownership and collaboration values.
