Process Lead

About the role

We are looking for a Process Lead to drive manufacturing performance at KP Snacks in Billingham. You will use data, problem‑solving and continuous‑improvement techniques to maximise line performance and support operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Own and develop Daily Management Systems, leading Centre Line Management and Changeover DMS activities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives through health checks, data analysis and structured problem‑solving.
• Coach and build capability across the team by sharing best practice and supporting skill development.
• Reduce losses and improve performance by identifying and eliminating machine losses and optimising changeovers.
• Use data to support decision‑making, analyse trends, improve reporting systems and provide recommendations.

Required profile

• Strong process and problem‑solving capability with ability to analyse data and implement solutions.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills to collaborate across teams and coach colleagues.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365 tools for performance analysis and reporting.
• Continuous improvement mindset with passion for learning and driving operational excellence.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment with understanding of performance improvement and equipment reliability.
• Collaborative and positive approach reflecting KP Snacks values.
