Technical Product Owner – Global Digital Transformation

About the role

This position supports a major global digital transformation programme focused on Regulatory Information Management. Working closely with Regulatory, Quality and IT teams, you will own the product backlog and drive the implementation of Veeva RegulatoryOne across a worldwide organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Own and prioritise the product backlog.
• Lead requirements gathering and business analysis.
• Translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Support the implementation of Veeva RegulatoryOne.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders.
• Support testing, validation and release activities.
• Drive continuous process improvement.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Technical Product Owner or Senior Business Analyst.
• Hands‑on experience with Veeva Vault RegulatoryOne.
• Knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Experience with Computer System Validation (CSV) in a GxP/FDA regulated environment.
