Technical Production Operator

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Production Operator to keep our manufacturing equipment running smoothly at our Dudley facility. You will join a fast‑moving, high‑energy team and work rotating shifts to support daily production targets.

Key responsibilities

• Perform first‑line troubleshooting and interventions to keep machines operating at peak performance.
• Carry out precise start‑up and shutdown checks.
• Monitor live production data and performance metrics to meet daily targets.
• Execute routine maintenance, quality checks and identify improvement opportunities.
• Contribute to waste‑reduction and sustainability initiatives.
• Report any issues promptly to ensure smooth operations.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Reliability, flexibility and a “can‑do” attitude.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Continuous improvement mindset, with bonus points for 5S or lean experience.
