Technical Quality Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a highly organised Technical Quality Coordinator to protect the integrity of Tropic’s products from supplier receipt through to finished goods. You will be central to our quality operations, ensuring compliance with safety, regulatory and performance standards while supporting our Quality Management System.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and maintain ISO 9001 and ISO 22716 (Cosmetic GMP) processes for incoming goods, raw materials and finished products.
• Manage documentation control, audit liaison and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Collect, analyse and trend laboratory and supplier data, producing statistical reports for management.
• Review and approve packaging artwork, Certificates of Analysis, Safety Data Sheets and ingredient specifications.
• Coordinate testing and release of components and finished goods, making final release decisions.
• Collaborate with R&D, Production, Procurement and Regulatory teams to resolve non‑conformances and support supplier quality development.
• Conduct internal audits according to schedule and support external audit activities.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 22716 (Cosmetic GMP) standards.
• Proficiency in technical data analysis, statistical tools and quality software.
• Experience managing documentation, audit processes and cross‑functional projects.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to investigate and escalates non‑conforming goods.
