Technical Recruiter – 12‑Month Fixed‑Term (UK)

About the role

We’re on a mission to make money work for everyone and need a Technical Recruiter to help build our tech teams. This 12‑month fixed‑term role can be based in our London office or worked remotely from anywhere in the UK.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end hiring for a range of technical positions, building pipelines through proactive sourcing, referrals and applications.
• Partner with hiring managers to design and run effective interview processes, ensuring the right skills are assessed.
• Champion diversity and inclusion by delivering a respectful, welcoming candidate experience.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes using data‑driven insights.

Required profile

• Proven experience recruiting for fast‑paced, product‑focused tech companies.
• Strong commitment to inclusiveness and diversity.
• Resourceful sourcer who enjoys finding talent in unconventional places.
• Empathetic and adaptable, able to meet candidates’ needs and work with varied stakeholders.
• Experience recruiting in‑house at a startup or scale‑up, for engineering or design roles.
