Technical Sales Advisor – Customer Service & Solutions

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Sales Advisor to join our growing team in Birchwood, Warrington. In this customer‑focused position you will combine technical product knowledge with strong service skills to help clients find the right solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries by phone and email.
• Prepare quotations, process orders and ensure accurate documentation.
• Provide technical advice on products and guide customers to suitable solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
• Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers to coordinate deliveries.
• Support customers from initial enquiry through to delivery and after‑sales service.

Required profile

• Previous experience in internal sales, technical sales, customer service or sales support.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Proactive, organised and detail‑oriented.
• Positive, team‑focused attitude with a willingness to learn.

Required skills

• Good IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
