Technical Sales Engineer – HVAC & Heat Pumps

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Sales Engineer to join Logicool, part of the Wolseley Group, to drive sales of air‑conditioning and heat‑pump solutions across the South of England. This full‑time, field‑based position involves meeting customers, developing new business and growing existing accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for HVAC and heat‑pump products.
• Grow existing accounts to maximise revenue.
• Conduct 8–12 customer meetings per week where feasible.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline through proactive engagement.
• Produce accurate monthly sales forecasts.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a sales or technical sales role.
• Technical aptitude or experience within the HVAC/heat‑pump industry.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Willingness to travel regularly, including occasional overnight stays.
