About the role

Join a global leader in smart home and connected devices as a Technical Salesperson. You will receive best‑in‑class training, paid international travel to the company headquarters in Austria, and ongoing support to develop your technical expertise.

Key responsibilities

Collaborate with the Technical Support Manager to resolve complex technical issues.
Provide remote assistance to electrical engineers during smart home system installations.
Handle approximately 40 support tickets per day.
Participate in regular training sessions to become a smart‑home expert.

Required profile

Strong interest in technology or engineering.
Excellent telephone communication skills.
Motivated, driven and eager to progress in a technical sales career.
